Join American Hauntings and author Troy Taylor as the Avon Theater hosts another night of ghost hunting! Join us for an exclusive investigation on October 8 at midnight (following the Late-Night horror film)! Come along for an intense investigation of this supernaturally charged theater! We’ll spend the night looking for the Avon’s hauntings and resident ghost and we’ll also include a history and tour of the theater -- presented by author Troy Taylor!
 Is it really as haunted as customers and staff members claim?  We can tell you for a fact that it is, but you can
find out for yourself during what may be one of the scariest nights of your life!

Note: This will be a serious and intensive investigation. We will not allow smoking, any unnecessary talking or loud behavior or frequent exits from the theater. Doors will remain locked except during specified breaks. Anyone who cannot follow these protocols will be asked to leave the theater. No exceptions!

 The Avon Theater was opened in 1916 as a movie house but would not thrive until nearly ten years later, when it was taken over by Gust Constanopoulos and his brothers. Over the course of the next 40 years, Gust owned and managed the theater and even though he died in 1965, many say that he has never left! Over the years, customers and staff members have encountered not only the spirit of Gust, but many other hauntings as well. The Avon is simply stated one of the most haunted sites in all of Illinois but until now, it has never been opened for ghost hunts! So, join us for this private event and be among the first to search for the spirits of this vintage movie theater!
